The training school has been running since 1993 to train teachers of the Alexander Technique. It is recognised by STAT (The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique).  Visit our The Oxford Alexander Training School website for more details and our prospectus.

The best way to learn about the training is to visit the training school. You can arrange to do this by contacting the director of the school, Stephen Cooper.

Stephen also gives private Alexander Technique lessons at his home in Headington, Oxford and in Central Oxford (in the Medical Practice at 28 Beaumont Street).  More details at The Alexander Technique in Oxford.
